Free T4 will be performed only if the TSH value is < 0.3 or > 5.0 µIU/mL at an additional fee.

Container(s): Gold Top (Serum Separator-SST Gel) or Light Green Top (Lithium Heparin Gel)

Minimum Volume to Collect: 1.0 mL
