Preferred Volume to Collect: Full tube (4.5 mL Mint Green or 6 mL Red tube)
Minimum Volume to Collect: 1.0 mL

- Synovial fluid is not acceptable at Corewell Health Greenville Hospital Lab (United)
- Optimal specimen is one that has been kept in an anaerobic state before analysis.
