Ordering Instructions

Routine/Random Cortisol does not need to be scheduled. 

 

ACTH Stimulation testing must be scheduled with a Corewell Health Infusion Clinic. Please refer to Infusion Order and Onboarding Instructions 

  1. Print and fill out the infusion onboarding slip completely
  2. Print and complete the paper order form for Cosyntropin (ACTH) Stimulation
  3. Ordering provider signature is required on both documents
  4. Fax completed forms to the Corewell Health Outpatient Infusion Clinic (fax numbers located on the onboarding slip)

 

Corewell Health Outpatient Phlebotomy sites do not provide ACTH Stimulation testing.
