- Collect bone marrow and transfer marrow from syringe to Lavender EDTA tube.
- Gently invert EDTA tube(s) 7 – 8 times after collection.

- Fresh tissue: Place in sterile container with sterile saline. Store and transport refrigerated.
- Frozen tissue: Place in sterile container capable of withstanding frozen temperatures and flash freeze. Transport on dry ice.

Specimen Type: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue (block or 10 unstained slides) accompanied by an H&E slide scribed by Pathologist and Surgical Specimen Testing order sheet.
Specimen Collection: Place specimen in 10% Formalin and order Tissue Pathology in addition to EGFR Mutation Analysis order.
