Once the order is signed in Corewell Health Epic, a Natera order requisition will print. Be sure to send this order requisition with the patient for collection at a Corewell Health lab, or include it in the kit if you are collecting the specimen in the office.
Please answer all Ask At Order Entry questions, failure to do so may result in a rejected specimen.
