Container(s): 4.0 mL Dark Green Top (Lithium Heparin non-gel) or Heparinized blood gas syringe

Minimum volume: 1.0 mL in Green Top or 0.5 mL in syringe

  • Deliver to Hospital Laboratory or Respiratory.
    • For Blodgett - call Respiratory at 616-382-2122 and tube to Tube Station 411.
  • Do not place tube on ice.
  • Do not expose to air
